How quickly can a VIP specialist reach me?
Request a time or choose "As soon as possible" — the concierge checks who is available in your area and confirms the arrival time with you. Arrival times depend on specialist availability and location.
What do treatments cost?
Every treatment has a fixed AED price shown on the Services menu before you book, with no night surcharge. You pay a 50% deposit online and the balance on the day.
Do you charge more at night?
No. VIP pricing is fixed around the clock — a 2am blowout costs exactly what a 2pm blowout costs.
How does payment work?
You pay a 50% deposit by card to secure your specialist and slot. The deposit is non-refundable; the balance is paid to your specialist on the day.
Can you serve hotels and private villas?
Yes — our team is used to hotel suites, private residences and yachts, and arrives with a full sanitised kit and its own setup.

What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule free of charge by contacting the concierge before your specialist is dispatched. Refund requests outside that are reviewed individually.
Are my payment details secure?
Card payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure checkout. VIP Beauty Services never sees or stores your full card number.
How do you protect my privacy?
Specialists arrive with unbranded cases, addresses are shared only with the assigned specialist, and NDAs are available on request for VVIP bookings.
What hygiene standards do you follow?
Metal tools are autoclaved between guests, files and applicators are single-use, and every specialist carries fresh linens for each visit.
Can I request a male or female specialist?
Yes. State your preference when booking and it is honoured wherever availability allows; waxing is delivered by female specialists by default.
