How far in advance should I book a bridal team?
Two to three months for peak season (October to April); we do take short-notice bookings when a team is free.
Will the trial artist do my wedding day?
Yes, wherever their calendar allows — request it at trial booking and the concierge will hold the date.
Can you cover a henna night too?
Yes, henna night styling and makeup can be booked as part of the same package.
What do bridal & events treatments cost?
Our 3 listed treatments range from AED 599 (VIP Bridal Trial (hair & makeup), 2 hrs) to AED 1400 (VIP Bridal Suite — Full Service, 4 hrs). Prices are fixed and shown before you pay.
How much do I pay when booking?
A 50% deposit by card secures the booking — for example AED 300 on a AED 599 treatment. The balance is settled with your specialist on the day. Deposits are non-refundable; contact the concierge before dispatch to reschedule.
How do I book?
Choose a treatment, pick home or hotel and enter your address, select a date and time, add your details, then pay the deposit securely. You'll see a confirmation once payment completes.
