What does a home hair appointment need from me?
A power point, a chair-sized space and access to a sink for colour or treatments. Everything else — chair, towels, lighting, products — comes with the stylist.
How long does a balayage take at home?
Around three hours including toning and a blow-dry. Book the slot with buffer if you have an event the same evening.
Can you colour-match without seeing my hair first?
Send a photo to the concierge on WhatsApp before your booking and the colourist will bring the right shade range with them.

Our 23 listed treatments range from AED 99 (VIP Kids Cut & Style (under 12), 30 min) to AED 1690 (VIP 24K Gold Hair Mask, 90 min). Prices are fixed and shown before you pay.
How much do I pay when booking?
A 50% deposit by card secures the booking — for example AED 50 on a AED 99 treatment. The balance is settled with your specialist on the day. Deposits are non-refundable; contact the concierge before dispatch to reschedule.
